Besides offering training programmes, the CAB holds national level seminars/workshops on issues of topical interest in areas such as Microfinance, Information Technology for Rural Finance and Farm Credit for Inclusive Growth amongst others. We propose to carry on this tradition and augmenting it to include issues such as Risk Management in Agriculture, Issues and Possibilities for Revitalising Cooperative Banking, as well as to carry on the tradition of hosting the International Seminar of HR Heads of Central Banks for Joint India-IMF Training Programme (ITP) participant countries. Accordingly, this year, the CAB would be hosting a National Seminar on Risk Management in Agriculture and National Seminar on SHG-Bank Linkage, besides a conference on ICT for Financial Inclusion.
